  • When can I move in? arrow

    The first apartments will be ready to move into between March 1 and March 31, 2026.

  • Can I visit the apartments? arrow

    The apartments are primarily rented out off-plan. Visits are not currently possible due to the ongoing construction work. Interested parties and tenants will be informed via newsletter if a show apartment becomes available for visiting.

    You can conveniently explore your future home from your current location, however. Thanks to our advanced digital platform, you can view every inch of your potential new apartment in detailed visualisations and interactive tours, allowing you to make an informed decision – all without the stress of arranging a visit. Discover now and apply.

  • How can I apply for an apartment? arrow

    You can easily apply using the list of offers on this website. To do this, click the “Apply” button next to your desired apartment. You will be directed straight to our digital application form. Please note that the entire registration process is completely digital.

  • Who do I contact if I have any questions? arrow

    All the answers to your questions can be found on this page under “Frequently asked questions”. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, contact Jaqueline Hrdinka at info@alto-tower.ch or +41 44 740 06 02.

  • What documents do I need to submit when applying for an apartment? arrow

    When applying for an apartment, you will be guided through our online application form. Here, an automated process will be used to verify your identity. Please have your identity card or passport ready.

  • Do I need an extract from the debt enforcement register or a CreditTrust certificate for the application? arrow

    No debt collection record (Betreibungsauszug) or CreditTrust certificate is required. After you complete the digital application form, our property management will review your information. If your application is successful, you will be notified within a few days. Please also check your spam folder.

  • What equipment and features are included in the apartments? arrow

    You will find a list of an apartment’s equipment and features directly in the list of apartments on our website. We provide a floor plan for each apartment there. Additionally, you can gain further insights into your desired apartment in our virtual tour on the website. The furnishings in the visualisations are not included in the rental property. 

  • When will I receive feedback after my application? arrow

    After your application, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application.

  • What happens if my application for an apartment is rejected? arrow

    Rejections are issued automatically after the application has been checked. An application can be rejected for many reasons. Please ensure that the rent accounts for no more than 33% of your gross household income. Additionally, you need to apply with a valid ID document (passport or ID card).

  • What is the process for moving in? Can I move into the apartment on a different date? arrow

    The move-in date is generally specified on our website. Further details about the move-in date can be clarified subsequently with the relevant contact person.

  • Are pets allowed? arrow

    Pets are welcome on request.

  • How much is the deposit and what options are available? arrow

    The deposit is three months' rent. It's totally flexible: you can choose between a traditional bank deposit or practical deposit insurance – whichever suits you best.

  • Does every apartment have its own washing machine? arrow

    Absolutely! Every apartment has a modern washer-dryer combo (washing machine and tumble dryer) conveniently located right in your apartment.
